Along with our range of quality fresh beef, lamb, pork, chicken and fish, we are also expanding our range of quality smallgoods, all made on the premises using only Australian pork and other meats. Our bacon is second to none, with an extensive range from regular bacon, our traditional dry salted cold smoked bacon and nitrite free bacon.

We prepare specialist cuts catering for parties, dinners and large functions.
No meat products are kept more than 48 hours; all meat is removed and replaced daily with fresh, high quality product.
All meats are sourced from the Wimmera region; our smallgoods are manufactured at the Horsham premises using local labour.
We love to solve problems - meal solutions, specific orders, precooked meals, specialist cuts with preparation tips and cooking booklets.
